MarkosGo is a ride-hailing service that connects passengers with drivers for transportation services. By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Permissions Required

• Location Access: Required to find nearby drivers and provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations • Phone Access: Required for driver-passenger communication and account verification • Camera Access: Required for profile photo uploads (optional) • Storage Access: Required for app data and cache management

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information • Be respectful to drivers and other users • Pay fares promptly and accurately • Follow local traffic laws and regulations • Report any safety concerns immediately

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid driver's license and vehicle registration • Provide safe and reliable transportation • Be professional and courteous to passengers • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations • Maintain vehicle in good working condition

5. Safety and Security

• We prioritize safety for all users • All drivers undergo background checks • Report any safety incidents immediately • Emergency contacts are available 24/7 • GPS tracking is used for safety purposes

6. Payment and Pricing

• Fares are calculated based on distance and time • Payment is required at the end of each trip after the trip is completed • Currently, we are not accepting any digital payments. Every trip payment must be done in cash • The passenger only needs to pay the price shown in the trip completed notification or trip completed window in the driver's screen • Pricing may vary based on demand and location • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7. Cancellation Policy

If you request a trip and it gets accepted by a driver, and you want to cancel, you must pay at least the starting price as a cancellation fee.

8. Trip Pricing

The actual price to pay is the one calculated in the driver's trip calculator activity. However, if the passenger and driver negotiate, they can use the estimated price as a backup reference.

9. Privacy Policy

• We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy • Location data is used only for service provision • Personal information is protected and not shared with third parties • You can request data deletion at any time • We comply with all applicable data protection laws

10. Service Availability

• Service is available 24/7 in supported areas • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service • Maintenance periods may affect service availability • Weather and traffic conditions may impact service • We are not responsible for delays due to external factors
